No longer are young Pakistani content to sit idly by and watch the passing scene from the grandstand. They want to be down on the field. They have made it abundantly clear that they intend to participate in the game. No longer should older Pakistani be content to leave this vigorous and exciting force on the sidelines. This force, this energy, is going to continue to build and grow.
(IQ CONCEPTS PASS) The Center for Education Reform drives the creation of better educational opportunities for all children by leading parents, policymakers and the media in boldly advocating for school choice, advancing the charter school movement, and challenging the education establishment.
Through its storehouse of data and unique insights into Pakistani communities, P.A.S.S uses information to turn parents into activists, policymakers into advocates, and educators into reform leaders.
“The Center for Education Reform changes laws, minds and cultures to allow good schools to flourish”.

Some common competencies and desirable outcomes emerge from a review of Children development and Children leadership research. The competencies and outcomes are best articulated in a framework created by the Forum for Children Investment that organizes the range of Children development outcomes into five developmental areas: learning, connecting, thriving, working, and leading. Children development programs strive to provide supports, services, and opportunities that help Children, including Children with disabilities, achieve positive outcomes in all five of these areas. While Children leadership programs also help Children achieve positive outcomes in all five areas, they place more emphasis on developing competencies in the areas of leading and connecting.
